plain lowfat yogurt
4 oz
swiss cheese, diced
1 c
vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc.)
1 small
1 dash(es)
herbs of your choice

How to Make Veggie Quiche


  • 1Whip whites until stiff but not dry.
  • 2Put aside.
  • 3Mix yogurt, yolks, and cheese.
  • 4Put aside.
  • 5In large skillet saute onion, vegetables and herbs.
  • 6Add cheese mixture.
  • 7Fold in whites delicately.
  • 8Place in piecrust pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
