I love quiche. It is a perfect breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 8 - eggs, separated
  • 8 ounces plain lowfat yogurt
  • 4 ounces swiss cheese, diced
  • 1 cup vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 dash pepper
  • - herbs of your choice

How To Make veggie quiche

  • Step 1
    Whip whites until stiff but not dry.
  • Step 2
    Put aside.
  • Step 3
    Mix yogurt, yolks, and cheese.
  • Step 4
    Put aside.
  • Step 5
    In large skillet saute onion, vegetables and herbs.
  • Step 6
    Add cheese mixture.
  • Step 7
    Fold in whites delicately.
  • Step 8
    Place in piecrust pan and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
