fresh broccoli florets
1/3 c
onion, diced
1/3 c
green pepper, diced
1 c
milk
1/2 c
bisquick
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

eggs
salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Veggie Pie (crustless quiche)

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook broccoli in 1 inch salted boiling water in a skillet for about 5 minutes.
  • 2Mix broccoli with onion and pepper and put in 9" pie plate.
  • 3Combine milk, cheese, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over veggies.
  • 4Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until set and cheese is golden brown.
