Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup onion, diced
- 1/3 cup green pepper, diced
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 - eggs
- - salt & pepper to taste
How To Make veggie pie (crustless quiche)

Step 1Cook broccoli in 1 inch salted boiling water in a skillet for about 5 minutes.

Step 2Mix broccoli with onion and pepper and put in 9" pie plate.

Step 3Combine milk, cheese, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over veggies.

Step 4Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until set and cheese is golden brown.
