2 cfresh broccoli florets
1/3 conion, diced
1/3 cgreen pepper, diced
1 ccheddar cheese, shredded
·salt & pepper to taste
How to Make Veggie Pie (crustless quiche)
- Cook broccoli in 1 inch salted boiling water in a skillet for about 5 minutes.
- Mix broccoli with onion and pepper and put in 9" pie plate.
- Combine milk, cheese, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper and pour over veggies.
- Bake in a 400 degree oven for 35-45 minutes until set and cheese is golden brown.
