veggie crunch
The first time I had this I was at a church dinner and a little 88 year old lady asked me to taste it. I have loved it every since lol. It is great for a Summer side.

Ingredients
- 1 can navy beans or other beans
- 1 can french style green beans
- 1 can white shoepeg corn
- 1 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped red onion
- 1 jar pimentos
- 1 can green chilies (optional)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup sugar
- salt
- pepper
How To Make veggie crunch

Step 1Mix all veggies together after draining and rinsing.

Step 2Mix oil, vinegar, sugar and seasonings. Pour over the vegetable mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste, sometimes I add a little garlic.

Step 3Mix all ingredients and refrigerate. Enjoy! I like using northern white beans instead of navy beans. You can actually use any type.
