We like this dish with steak. It's not healthy by any stretch of the imagination, but good things usually aren't. My daughter says I'm the only one who can take something so healthy and make it so UNhealthy.lol.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag
    california blend veggies
  • ·
    approx 7 slices velveeta cheese
  • ·
    approx. 3/4 stick butter
  • ·
    approx. 1 sleeve ritz crackers-may need a few from another sleeve

How to Make Veggie casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook frozen veggies according to package' drain, leaving just enough water to cover bottom of pot.
  2. Place veggies in a square baking dish, top with velveeta slices. In a microwaveable bowl, melt butter, crumble Ritz crackers into butter & mix well, coating crackers with butter.Spread over the veggies & cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 mins.
  3. Most of the prep time is cooking the veggies.
