Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded potatoes
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup bread crumbs
How To Make veggie cakes

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2Combine all ingredients.

Step 3Form into flat patties and place on baking sheet.

Step 4Bake 10 minutes, flip patties and bake 10 minutes more.
