Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli, chopped
- 1/4 cup carrot, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1 can cream celery soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup herb-seasoned herb mix
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make vegetable supreme

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place vegetables in a pot of boiling salted water for 5-6 minutes. Drain well and set aside.

Step 2In a large bowl combine soup, sour cream and pepper. Fold in vegetables; mix well. Pour into a greased 2qt casserole dish.

Step 3Combine stuffing mix and butter. Sprinkle around the edges of casserole. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
