I make this dish with chicken too. Just brown chicken on all sides, remove from pan and prepare the veggies...return chicken to the pan with the broth and simmer for 30 minutes on low-cover on. ;)

2 Tbspcrushed garlic
4 ccut up vegetables (i used bell peppers, onions, brussels sprouts and mushrooms)
1/4 tspgarlic salt (did i say we love garlic?)
1/4 tspcayenne, paprika or chili powder
1/4 tsponion powder
·or substitute a vegetable seasoning for all spices listed above.
