A man walks into a doctor’s office. He has Brussels sprouts up his nose, a bell pepper in his left ear and a onion in his right ear.
“What’s the matter with me?” he asks the doctor.
The doctor replies, “You’re not eating properly.”

I make this dish with chicken too. Just brown chicken on all sides, remove from pan and prepare the veggies...return chicken to the pan with the broth and simmer for 30 minutes on low-cover on. ;)
