I took this from the Jacksonville FL Times Union - S. Dawson - Baymeadows. Jack is a meat/tater man and he liked it - so if there is any good recommendation that's it!

Ingredients

  • 1 can 15.25 white corn (i used two small steamed)
  • 1 can 14.50 french-style green beans
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 can 10.75 cream of chicken soup
  • TOPPING
  • 1 - sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup almonds, slivered
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

How To Make vegetable casserole

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    Drain corn and beans, mix with remaining ingredients.
  • Step 3
    Put in 2 quart casserole. Add toppings and bake 40 minutes
