I took this from the Jacksonville FL Times Union - S. Dawson - Baymeadows. Jack is a meat/tater man and he liked it - so if there is any good recommendation that's it!

1/2 c
diced celery
1/2 c
diced onion
8 oz
sour cream
1 can(s)
10.75 cream of chicken soup


sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c
almonds, slivered
1/2 c
melted butter

How to Make Vegetable Casserole


  • 1Heat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2Drain corn and beans, mix with remaining ingredients.
  • 3Put in 2 quart casserole. Add toppings and bake 40 minutes
