Ingredients
- 1 can veg-all (large cans or 2 small cans)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 - ritz crackers (sleeve)
- 1/2 stick oleo
How To Make vegetable casserole

Step 1Mix first 5 ingredients (Veg-All, chopped onion, Mayonnaise, grated cheese, water chestnuts). Place in buttered 8x8 casserole dish.

Step 2Melt Oleo, mix with crushed Ritz Crackers. Put cracker mixture on top.

Step 3Bake at 350F until bubbly, about 25 to 30 minutes.
