Certainly not a health food casserole, by oh my is it sooo good.

cream of celery soup
2 can(s)
shoe peg corn, drained
1/2 c
finely diced onion
1 c
sour cream
1/2 c
chopped pimento
1 c
grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 can(s)
french style green beans, drained


stick of butter, melted
sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
1 c
slivered almonds, toasted

How to Make Vegetable Casserole


  • 1Mix drained corn and green beans and place in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over vegetables.
  • 2Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top of the casserole and then drizzle with butter.
  • 3Bake at 375-degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle almonds over casserole. Reduce heat to 300-degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
