Ingredients
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cans shoe peg corn, drained
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup chopped pimento
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 cans french style green beans, drained
- TOPPING
- 1 - stick of butter, melted
- 1 - sleeve ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
How To Make vegetable casserole

Step 1Mix drained corn and green beans and place in casserole dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over vegetables.

Step 2Sprinkle crushed crackers over the top of the casserole and then drizzle with butter.

Step 3Bake at 375-degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle almonds over casserole. Reduce heat to 300-degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
