My mother passed this recipe to me when she was 87 years young. This is so simple to make.
If you wish, brown ground beef or chicken and add to veggies.

Ingredients

2 can(s)
mixed vegetables
1/2 c
chopped onion
3/4 c
butter, melted
3/4 c
sour cream
1 c
chopped celery
3/4 c
mayonnaise
1 c
grated cheddar cheese

TOPPING INGREDIENTS

parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 c
buttery cracker crumbs

Step-By-Step

1Combine mixed vegetables with remaining ingredients and mix well by hand.
2Pour into baking dish and sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and crackers.
3Bake in a 325 oven for 30 minutes.
