A great holiday side dish for Christmas, Thanksgiving or Easter. I work in a retirement community in dining services and my residents love for me to make this at home and bring it in as a special treat on holidays.

Ingredients
- 1 can 12 oz white shoe peg corn drained
- 1 can 16 oz french cut green bean drained
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onoin, chopped
- 1/2 cup carrots,sliced and quartered into small pieces
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar, grated
- 1 can crm of celery soup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup ritz cracker crumbs *topping*
- 1/2 stick butter melted*topping*
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds*topping*
How To Make vegetable casserole

Step 1mix all ingredients except topping. Place in 1 1/2 qt casserole. Sprinkle topping over casserole. Bake @ 350 for 45 mins.
