A blast from the past. This recipe is great at potluck dinners. It was given to me in 1984 when I married. It is easy to make and delicious.

french style green beans, drained
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn-drained
1 small
onion-chopped
1/2 c
grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c
celery-chopped
1 can(s)
cream of celery soup
1/2 c
sour cream
1
sleeve buttery flavored crackers (i use ritz)
1/4
stick butter or margarine-melted

***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***

How to Make Vegetable Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except crackers and butter. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish which has been sprayed with a non-stick vegetable spray.
  • 2Crush the crackers and mix with the melted butter. Sprinkle on top of the mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
