vegetable casserole
A blast from the past. This recipe is great at potluck dinners. It was given to me in 1984 when I married. It is easy to make and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 can french style green beans, drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn-drained
- 1 small onion-chopped
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup celery-chopped
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 - sleeve buttery flavored crackers (i use ritz)
- 1/4 - stick butter or margarine-melted
- ***PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES***
How To Make vegetable casserole

Step 1In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except crackers and butter. Place in a 9x13 casserole dish which has been sprayed with a non-stick vegetable spray.

Step 2Crush the crackers and mix with the melted butter. Sprinkle on top of the mixture. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
