Va-va-voom Veggie Casserole

2 can(s)veg-all, drained
1 can(s)water chestnuts, drained
1/2 conions, chopped fine
1 ccheddar cheese, grated
1 1/8 pkg(sleeve) ritz crackers, crushed
1 1/4 cbutter, melted
How to Make Va-va-voom Veggie Casserole
- Mix first five ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over the top, then pour melted butter over the crackers.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
- Note: our family motto is, "if a little cheese is good, a lotta cheese is better," so feel free to add extra cheddar (we like sharp), but seriously, don't overdo it.
