I also make these with egg salad made the same way... or crab salad... the possibilities are endless!
1 can(s)(5 -7 ounces) white tuna in water
2 stickgreen onoions (minced fine)
1 stickcelery, (minced fine)
1 Tbspsweet pickle relish
1/4 tspground black pepper
1 Tbspmayonnaise (more if needed)
40 - 50 mediumcherry tomatoes (tops removed, hollowed out to hold filling)
How to Make Tuna Tomatoes
- Mix together the filling ingredients.
- Prepare the cherry tomatoes by cutting the tops off, and scooping out the centers of the tomatoes (freeze the scooped out tomato to add to a differnt recipe).
- Put the filling into the prepared cherry tomatoes, and put the lids back on top on an angle.
