At my house this has a different name..."YUMM"..that's what I call it! I like to eat this with some duck sauce or sweet & sour sauce...kinda like a decontructed egg roll.

- - potatoes ..as many as you like (4-5)
- - carrots ..as many as you like (i like 3)
