Tomato Pudding

Ingredients

·1 large can tomatoes

·1/2 cup light brown sugar

·1 teaspoon salt

·1/2 cup melted butter

·6 slices white bread, cubed
How to Make Tomato Pudding
- Puree tomatoes in blender or food processor and put in saucepan. Add sugar and salt. Boil for 5 minutes.
- Place bread cubes in 1 1/2 quart casserole and pour melted butter over top.
- Pour cooked tomato mixture over bread, covering all.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 -35 minutes.
