Ingredients
- 1 - pillsbury pie crust
- 2 large tomatoes, sliced
- 8 - thin slices of mozzarella cheese
- - olive oil
- - salt, pepper & oregano for taste
How To Make tomato pie

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Spread pie crust out on pizza pan. Layer tomatoes and cheese about one inch in on pie crust. Coat with olive oil and spices. Fold up edges of pie crust and coat with olive oil.

Step 3Bake until golden brown.
