Ingredients
- 1 package pre-baked pie shell
- 4 medium tomatoes peeled, sliced, drained
- 10 - fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded mozarella cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- - salt & pepper
How To Make tomato pie

Step 1Bake pie shell.

Step 2Peel and slice tomatoes. Drain in colander for 10 minutes.

Step 3Layer tomatoes, basil and onion in pre-baked pie shell. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 4Combine mayonnaise and mozarella and parmesan cheeses. Spread over tomatoes.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees until browned 30-35 minutes.
