Ingredients
- 1 - 9" pie shell, baked
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese, sliced
- 2-3 large tomatoes, sliced 1/2" thick
- 2 medium onions, sliced thin
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, loosely chopped
- - salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make tomato pie

Step 1Preheat oven 350. Line the baked pie shell with slices of tomato. Add basil, salt and pepper. Layer Swiss cheese over the tomatoes, then layer onions on top. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used up. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake until bubbly and onions are tender.
