Tomato bread pudding casserole

- stick of butter
- 2/3 c
- brown sugar
- 2 c
- cubed soft bread crumbs
- 10 1/2 oz
- can of tomato puree
- 1/4 c
- 1/4 tsp
How to Make Tomato bread pudding casserole
- 1Melt butter; pour over bread and toss.
Heat the tomato puree, water, salt and brown sugar.
Simmer 5 minutes, then pour over bread cubes. Toss.
Bake in a 1 1/2 - quart covered casserole for 45 minutes.
