Ingredients
- 1/2 - stick of butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 cups cubed soft bread crumbs
- 10 1/2 ounces can of tomato puree
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Make tomato bread pudding casserole

Step 1Melt butter; pour over bread and toss. Heat the tomato puree, water, salt and brown sugar. Simmer 5 minutes, then pour over bread cubes. Toss. Bake in a 1 1/2 - quart covered casserole for 45 minutes.
