How to Make Tomato-Basil Squares
- 1Preheat oven to 375*F. Spread pizza crust on cookie sheet or pizza sheet. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese. Arrange tomatoes on crust; set aside.
- 2Combine the remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, basil, mayonnaise, and garlic; mix well. Place mozzarella cheese mix over tomatoes; spread to cover evenly.
