tomato and greens casserole
If you like greens, you are going to make this over and over. I had this at a party in Atlanta that was catered and it was served with filet mignon. I hope you try it. Soooooo good.

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked and drained collards or other greens
- 3-4 - large ripe tomatoes
- 16 ounces shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups panko
- 3/4 stick butter
How To Make tomato and greens casserole

Step 1Spray a medium casserole dish with cooking spray and layer collards, sliced tomatoes and parmesan cheese in 3 layers ending with tomatoes and parmesean cheese.

Step 2Saute panko in the butter and put on top of the casserole.

Step 3Bake for 25 mins at 350.
