    baby carrots
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 c
    beer
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    brown sugar

How to Make Tipsy Carrots

Step-by-Step

  1. Rinse and cut baby carrots into quarters.
  2. in a medium skillet over low heat, place butter. Heat until butter has melted and stir in beer and quartered carrots.
  3. Continue to cook until carrots are tender; stirring often.
  4. Add salt and brown sugar and cook for an additional 2 - 3 minutes. Serve hot.
