three bean salad
I like to make this during the hot summer days. I love veggies but sometimes its just to hot..( for example it was 113 here and today doesn't feel any cooler). I like my brine a bit tart, but if you feel its to much reduce the vinegar down to 1 cup.

Ingredients
- 4 cans cut green beans
- 2 cans red kidney beans
- 1 can chick peas
- 1 1/3 cups apple cider vinergar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 32 ounces water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper (white or black)
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper chopped
How To Make three bean salad

Step 1Open and drain liquid from all cans. Put into a large bowl or covered container.

Step 2Add Chopped onion and bell pepper

Step 3Add in sugar , salt , pepper and vinegar. Stir.

Step 4Add in water, stir until sugar is dissolved.
