the best coleslaw
I love me some coleslaw! This is a little different because it also has mustard in it! I have friends that do not like coleslaw but they love this! I got this from a cook book that has Charleston restaurant recipes in it. This is from the famous Hyman's Seafood. I ate there when I was in Charleston and was blown away with it! I'm glad that I found the recipe for their slaw.

Ingredients
- 2 - bags of coleslaw mix or two heads of green cabbage
- 1/2 cup relish
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup mustard
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make the best coleslaw

Step 1Pour the two bags of coleslaw mix in a large bowl (or shred 2 heads of green cabbage)

Step 2Mix all the ingredients together and let chill overnight. (you might think that there is no way that all the ingredients will cover all the cabbage but it will! Keep mixing)

Step 3The next day you will notice that the slaw has shrunk down quite a bit, but that's normal. Just mix again and serve!
