Ingredients
- TERIYAKI SAUCE
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 6 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- VEGGIES
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8 ounces mushrooms sliced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium carrot thinly sliced
- 1 small yellow squash peeled and chopped
- 1 small zucchini squash
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- - cilantro for garnish
How To Make teriyaki stir fried veggies

Step 1For the sauce place all the ingredients for sauce except cornstarch and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch and 1/4 cup water together and stir in the boiling sauce until thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 2Place the olive oil in large skillet. Get the oil hot and add the veggies and garlic. Stir fry until veggies are starting to brown. Pour the Teriyaki sauce over veggies and cook 1 minute.

Step 3Serve garnished with cilantro
