Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 5 ounces package grill mates 7 spice teriyaki marinade
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup finely chopped basil
How To Make teriyaki cauliflower steaks with gremolata

Step 1Cut 4 cauliflower steaks from the middle of the heads of cauliflower. About 1/2 inch slices. Lay the cauliflower steaks in a baking dish and squeeze the Teriyaki marinade over top. Rub the marinade over the cauliflower and set aside at room temp to marinate.

Step 2In a small bowl mix the olive oil, brown sugar, salt, lemon zest, lemon juice, cilantro and basil. Mix well and set aside.

Step 3Get a grill hot. Place the cauliflower on the grill and baste with the marinade. Grill for about 4 minutes each side until the caulliflower is firm and soft when putting a fork through.

Step 4Serve with the gremolata
