- 2 bunches asparagus trimmed and cut in half
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms chopped
- 1 large shallot chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- toasted sesame seeds
How To Make teriyaki asparagus and mushroom stir fry

Step 1Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add the asparagus, mushrooms and shallot. Sprinkle a little salt over and stir fry until mushrooms have released their water and browned a bit. Add the garlic and stir fry 30 more seconds. Stir in the Teriyaki sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve
