These carrot balls are indeed tasty, and a little-bit-different way of serving a vegetable that can be a bit boring, at times!
You can make them with or without the cheese - they are good both ways.
Try it, you just might like it!
Combine all ingredients, except bread crumbs, eggs and butter/oil. Shape into balls about 1 and 1/2 inch in diameter.
Roll carrot balls in egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
Fry in a little butter and/or oil until browned and heated through. Drain on paper towels.
