This recipe is so easy it's ridiculous. And it's foolproof to boot. You can even double the amount of carrots without adding more grape juice. The other nice thing about this dish is that neither salt or pepper is required.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound carrots, matchstick cut
  • 1 tablespoon dried tarragon
  • 1 can (11 1/2 oz.) frozen white grape juice concentrate, thawed

How To Make tarragon-white grape carrots

  • Step 1
    Combine carrots, tarragon and grape juice concentrate in a sauce pan and simmer over low heat, uncovered for about 45 minutes to an hour or to the desired doneness.
