How to Make Tanquilla Cool and Creamy Dip
- Slice the avocados, remove seed and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. In a small bowl, mash the avocados. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the top of the avocado to retard discoloration.
- Add olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and tequila, mix well.
- Add the tomato and cilantro, stir and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
