Ingredients
- 2 - avocados
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon onion (grated)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon tequila (see i do know how to spell it)
- 1/3 - tomato (chopped)
- - fresh cilantro (minced)
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make tanquilla cool and creamy dip

Step 1Slice the avocados, remove seed and scoop out the pulp with a spoon. In a small bowl, mash the avocados. Sprinkle the lemon juice over the top of the avocado to retard discoloration.

Step 2Add olive oil, Worcestershire sauce and tequila, mix well.

Step 3Add the tomato and cilantro, stir and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
