This is my favorite way to eat green beans! I'm a huge mushroom lover, so I usually use two cans! This side dish goes great with grilled pork chops!

  • 2 can(s)
    cut green beans
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1 pkg
    ranch dressing mix
  • 1 can(s)
  • 1/2 c
    real bacon bits

How to Make Tangy Southwest Green Beans


  1. Heat skillet then add both cans of drained green beans. Heat all the way through.
  2. Add drained can of mushrooms and stir to mix evenly among green beans.
  3. Add butter. After the butter has melted, add the package of ranch dressing mix.
  4. Stir until green beans and mushrooms are evenly coated in the sauce.
  5. Continue to gently stir until mushrooms are heated all the way through.
  6. Right before removing from heat, add the the bacon bits and stir to evenly distribute them.
  7. Serve and ENJOY!
