- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into flowerets
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make tangy mustard cauliflower

Step 1Place cauliflower and water in 1 1/2-qt. glass casserole. Cover w/ lid.

Step 2Microwave 9 min on high. Drain. Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard and salt in small mixing bowl. Spoon mustard sauce on top of cauliflower. Sprinkle w/ cheese.

Step 3Microwave 1 1/2 to 3 minutes on Med-High to heat topping and melt cheese. Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
