swiss veggie casserole
I was skeptical when i saw this, but made it anyway. It was a big hit. I made mine in individual casserole dishes for ease of serving and presentation purposes. It's very kid friendly and easy to make.

Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package vegetable combination, frozen (broccoli, cauliflower & carrots)
- 1 can french fried onions (2.8oz)
- 1/2 can swiss cheese, shredded
How To Make swiss veggie casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F.

Step 2Combine soup, sour cream, black pepper, vegetables, 2/3 cup french fried onions and 1/4 cup cheese in a 2-quart casserole dish.

Step 3Cover and bake for about 40 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.

Step 4Stir vegetables and top with remaining onions and cheese.

Step 5Let rest for about 5 minutes and serve hot.
