1 bag(s)(16 oz) frozen broccoli, carrots and caulflower combination, thawed and drained
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 cshredded swiss cheese
1/3 csour cream
1/4 tspblack pepper
1 jar(s)chopped pimento, drained (optional)
1 can(s)french fried onions
How to Make Swiss Vegetable Medley
- Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions.
- Pour into greased 1 quart casserole.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350°F. for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese ad French fried onions. Return to oven and bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
