1 pkg(16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots, thawed
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 c(4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese
1/3 csour cream
1/4 tspblack pepper
1 can(s)2.8 oz. can french fried onions
How to Make SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY
- In a large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of the Swiss cheese, the sour cream and pepper.
Stir in half of the french fried onions.
Transfer to a ungreased 2-qt. baking dish.
- Bake, covered, at 350^ for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with the remaining Swiss cheese and remaining french fried onions.
Bake about 5 minutes more or until heated through.
