Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower & carrots, thawed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can 2.8 oz. can french fried onions
How To Make swiss vegetable medley

Step 1In a large bowl, combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of the Swiss cheese, the sour cream and pepper. Stir in half of the french fried onions. Transfer to a ungreased 2-qt. baking dish.

Step 2Bake, covered, at 350^ for 30 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with the remaining Swiss cheese and remaining french fried onions. Bake about 5 minutes more or until heated through.
