Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    broccoli florets, thawed and drained
  • 8 oz
    cauliflower florets, thawed and drained
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small
    can french fried onions, divided
  • 1/3 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    swiss cheese, shredded and divided

How to Make Swiss Vegetable Medley

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine broccoli, cauliflower, soup, 1/2 can onions, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
  2. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.
  3. Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
  4. Top with remaining onions and cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
