broccoli florets, thawed and drained
8 oz
cauliflower florets, thawed and drained
1 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
1 small
can french fried onions, divided
1/3 c
sour cream
1/4 tsp
1 c
swiss cheese, shredded and divided

How to Make Swiss Vegetable Medley


  • 1Combine broccoli, cauliflower, soup, 1/2 can onions, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.
  • 2Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.
  • 3Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.
  • 4Top with remaining onions and cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
