- 8 ounces broccoli florets, thawed and drained
- 8 ounces cauliflower florets, thawed and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small can french fried onions, divided
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup swiss cheese, shredded and divided
How To Make swiss vegetable medley

Step 1Combine broccoli, cauliflower, soup, 1/2 can onions, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 cup cheese.

Step 2Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole.

Step 3Bake covered at 350 for 30 minutes.

Step 4Top with remaining onions and cheese and bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
