Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 cups thawed,cooked frozen french style green beans
- 1/2 pound swiss cheese
- 2 cups corn flakes
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
How To Make swiss green bean casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 400.

Step 2Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large saucepan over medium, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.

Step 3Add beans. Mix together and heat thoroughly.

Step 4Pour into greased casserole dish. Grate the swiss cheese over the top.

Step 5Crush cornflakes and mix with the melted butter. Put on top of the beans.

Step 6Cover and bake 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
