Ingredients For swiss green bean casserole

2 Tbspbutter

2 Tbspflour

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1 tspsugar

1/2 tspgrated onion

1 csour cream

4 cthawed,cooked frozen french style green beans

1/2 lbswiss cheese
-
2 ccorn flakes
-
2 Tbspbutter, melted
How To Make swiss green bean casserole

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large saucepan over medium, stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.

3Add beans. Mix together and heat thoroughly.

4Pour into greased casserole dish. Grate the swiss cheese over the top.

5Crush cornflakes and mix with the melted butter. Put on top of the beans.

6Cover and bake 20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
