Ingredients
- 1/2 pound pork sausage
- 7 ounces stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
- 1 pound swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli, cooked and chopped
- 4 - eggs
- 14.5 ounces chicken broth
- 1.25 cups half and half

Step 1In 10-inch skillet over medium heat, brown sausage, stirring to separate meat; spoon off fat.

Step 2Butter 13 by 9 inch baking dish.

Step 3In large bowl, combine stuffing, cheese, broccoli and sausage; arrange evenly in prepared dish.

Step 4In same bowl, beat eggs; stir in broth and half and half.

Step 5Pour over stuffing mixture, covering all ingredients, then cover; refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.

Step 6Let stand at room temperature 1 hour; uncover.

Step 7Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
