How to Make Swiss Chard Fritters


  1. Heat oil in wok or deep pan
  2. Beat eggs, add cheese, pepper, and chopped swiss chard
  3. Add flour to make a thick batter
  4. Drop spoonfuls into hot oil, take out when brown and drain
