swiss broccoli casserole
This recipe was handed down for many years at a Nursing Home I used to work at. We all would get together and have a pot luck lunch once a month. My family loves this dish also. Always liked it when our Farmer's Market opens for the summer. I like to buy fresh Broccoli to use in this dish. I would always clean it and than blanch it before addiing to this recipe. I've always added it as a side dish at Christmas also.
