Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes (1 large can & 1/2 can)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
- TOPPING
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup melted margarine
- 1 cup pecans
How To Make sweet potato souffle, meenaw's

Step 1Mix well. Pour into buttered 11x13 pan. Topping: Crumble topping evenly over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 min uncovered.
