- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3 - spoons sour cream
How To Make sweet potato puree

Step 1Blend in food processor until creamy, adding sour cream to texture. Warm in casserole in oven.
