Ingredients For sweet potato praline crunch

2 29 ozcans sweet potatoes, drained & mashed (sometimes i substitute yams)

1 cmilk

3eggs
-
3/4 clight brown sugar

2 tspvanilla extract

1 tspsalt
- TOPPING
-
1 1/2 clight brown sugar

1/2 cflour
-
1stick melted butter
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
3/4 ccoconut
-
1 cchopped pecans
How To Make sweet potato praline crunch

1Mix yams, milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and salt with electric mixer and spread in a buttered 13x9" casserole dish.

2Mix topping together and spread over yams.

3Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
