I got this recipe from my sister years ago and it's a hit whenever I make it.

Ingredients
- 2 29 ounces cans sweet potatoes, drained & mashed (sometimes i substitute yams)
- 1 cup milk
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon salt
- TOPPING
- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 - stick melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
How To Make sweet potato praline crunch

Step 1Mix yams, milk, eggs, brown sugar, vanilla and salt with electric mixer and spread in a buttered 13x9" casserole dish.

Step 2Mix topping together and spread over yams.

Step 3Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
