Big hit for all you sweet potato lovers out there. Even if you don't love sweet potatoes, I guarantee you'll love the topping. Recipe is my own.

3 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
2 - eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
STRUESEL TOPPING
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
5 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 cup chopped pecans

How To Make sweet potato casserole with streusel topping

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix first 6 ingredients. Put in buttered 2 quart casserole dish.

Step 2

Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle on top of mixture.
Step 3

Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes. ENJOY!
