Although My Kids are not with Me anymore, (They Live in South Africa) I stil reminice about the time when they were small and we spend some quality time in the kitchen..they always had friends for sleepover or just to hang out with a movie and then they need some snacks..I always try to do Kid friendly Dishes, just because of the other Kids with them..I'm going to place 3 Kid Friendly recipes with sweet Memories...Hope Your Kids will enjoy it as much as My kids used to do....

  • 500 g
    cooked sweet potato or jams
  • 2
  • 2
    eggs seperated
  • 30 ml
    room temperature butter
  • ·
    pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    cream of tarter
  • 30 ml

How to Make Sweet Potato and Banana dish


  1. Mix the Sweet potato, One Banana, egg Yolks, Butter, Sugar and salt together...
  2. Spoon into a 8" x 8" creased baking dish. Slice the Banana and arrange on top of Potato mix.
  3. Beat Egg whites and Cream of Tarter until stiff peaks and spread lighty over bananas...bake about 30 minutes until egg whites are slightly coloured....Let cool for 10 minutes
