Ingredients
- 1 bunch mustard greens ribs removed
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 5 cups rice vinegar
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
How To Make sweet pickled mustard greens

Step 1Place the mustard greens in a bowl and sprinkle the salt over them and mix with hands. Let sit one hour.

Step 2Heat the vinegar, sugar, and red pepper flakes until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool

Step 3Pack the mustard greens in two quart jars. Pour the cooled vinegar mixture over. Place lid on jars and let sit in refrigerator for 3 days.
