I first tasted this wonderful pea salad at a friends house about 6 years ago. I was so inspired by it so I went home and this is what I came up with. I hope you enjoy it.

Ingredients

2 (15 oz) cans very young sweet peas, drained
4 large hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 cup onion, finally chopped
1/2 cup mayonaise, or just enough to coat

How To Make sweet pea salad

Step 1

In a large bowl mix together sweet peas, eggs, onion, and enough mayonaise to coat.

Step 2

Chill until ready to serve.
