Ingredients
- 2 ears sweet corn
- 1 cup cake flour
- 3/4 cup ice cold club soda
- kewpie mayonnaise
- oil for deep frying
How To Make sweet corn kakiage

Step 1Blanch the corn in salted boiling water for 1 minute. Remove and let cool. Cut the kernels off the cob. Mix the cake flour with the club soda.

Step 2Heat oil to 350 degrees. Mix the corn kernels into the cake flour club soda mixture. With a metal spoon let the mixture roll off into the hot oil. Let cook 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 3Drain on paper towel. Serve with Japanese Kewpie Mayo
